The holiday apartments are situated in a nature reserve, offer peace and tranquility, beautiful views and are ideal for

many activities in nature and excursions.

It's just a splendid place to retreat and enjoy peaceful vacations in beautiful nature, but you are well connected

with the world: the entrance to the free motorway A 45 is just 10 km away, so that you arrive within 40 minutes

at the airport of Málaga and to many other touristic attractions.

Short description of holiday apartment for 1 – 2 persons

Plenty of space for 1 or 2 people with an entrance area where you can store any necessary things for your

holiday such as luggage, motorbike dress, shoes, swimming things or any other objects.



There is a sofabed for 1 or 2 persons.

During the hotter summer months the apartment can be kept at a cool temperature with the various windows

and doors all of which are equipped with mosquito nets.

You have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The air-conditioning is for heating as well as cooling.


The rent also includes gas for cooking and hot  and cold water.

The small apartment has a terrace (lower photo).

Parking is possible within the fenced resort.











 Short description of holiday apartment for 2 – 4 persons

The  is situated in the basement floor of the property and offers space for 2 – 4 persons.

The entrance is by  exterior staircase.



There is one large bedroom with a double bed.

Another smaller bedroom with an  sofabed for 1 – 2 persons. During summer you can make a pleasant

climate by cross ventilation, windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

You have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The air-conditioning is for hot and cold climate.

The bathroom can be heated by an electric heater. The rent includes 10 kw electricity per day.

In case of additional consume you will be charged with 20 cents per kw.

The rent also contains gas for cooking, hot and cold water.

A group of chairs belongs to this flat and the pavilion with it´s own outdoor area (photos) up to the chain.

Parking is possible within the fenced resort.

The whole pool facility is built nearly 1,90 meters within the ground, which brings good protection 

against the Torcal mountains wind, especially during spring and autumn. The pool can be illuminated

during night by four underwater spotlights, which can be switched on by the guests.



I charge 5,00 € for the wood per sauna session, sauna towels are free.


For self-caterers:

There are many shops of LIDL and ALDI in Málaga area.

A merchant passes on workdays, who sells goods for basic needs.

 After having received your data, you'll get your reservation confirmed by e-mail.

In case of no availability in the desired period, I'll help you to find a available period.

You have to pay a deposit of 50% of the rent within 8 working days in the following account,

then the apartment will be legally binding booked.


After having received the deposit, you'll get a binding booking confirmation, via e-mail, or by mail.

I kindly ask you, to pay the outstanding sum at least 8 days before the agreed arrival into my account.

It is even possible to pay cash at the premises.

We do not accept credit cards.


Cancellation terms:

Until 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees.

Between 30 days and 10 days before arrival: we will charge you 50% of the paid deposit.

From 10 days until planned arrival: No deposit refund.


Arrival and Departure:

Arrival: from 10:00 h a.m.

Departure: till 10:00 h a.m.


Our location – how to find us:

From Málaga airport, please follow the signs from Málaga direction Granada on the non-toll motorway A 45

to the exit to Casabermeja.

Pass the petrol station and go under the motorway bridge to the next roundabout, go straight across,

2nd exit.

continue another 50 m  an then turn right

continue on this road till the next roundabout and take the 4th exit on to the M431 (MA3101) road.

Don't get confused, because it's again direction Málaga.

Continue 5,3 km and then turn right into an asphalt road  and continue  another 3,4 km.

You have reached your destination  when you see the entrance to the resort.




The holiday apartments are situated in a nature reserve, Málaga Mountains, 625 m above sea level (Málaga).

The property is not visible from the passing road. It is very quiet and tranquil location,  

the closest village is some 10 km away.  Public transport does not exist and a rental car be recommended.

Looking south from the property you can see Málaga and the sea within 17 km distance, direction north

are the Torcal Mountains.

Up in the mountains it is never too humid and the average temperatures are around are 5 degrees lower

than in Málaga. The  total fenced area of the resort is around 4000 sq/m.


The property has a further 25.000 sq/m  olive- and almond groves, ( biological farming).

During the harvest season the guests may pick the olives and almonds (almonds in August / September,

olives in December).

Very close by, walking distance, there is an oil  mill.

The surrounding area is ideal for mountain and hikers.

Skiers can easily reach the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada 140 km away in the winter months, driving the

highest mountain roads in Europe. During the winter months chains are mandatory.



Don't be frightened of these little animals (lizards), as they are just everywhere in the countryside and

y absolutely harmless, they are called “gecos”.



Power cuts

Because the power comes to the country homes via overhead power lines, very rarely possible power cuts

may occur particularly during thunderstorms.

For this reason you will find candles and matches in each of the room.

In case of a longer power cuts we use the diesel generator, in theses cases we would kindly ask you to

use only the most necessary electrical appliances.

Water supply is never affected by the power cuts.


Rules of the house

The use of loudspeakers p.e. for music is not allowed on the property, just inside the apartments, but moderately.



No smoking in the apartments.

To respect other guests smoking in the pool area and the pavilion is only allowed with consent of other guests.



Open fires, with exception of a charcoal BBQ/grill, are strictly prohibited by the local authorities and will be

fined up to 10.000 € plus the costs for fire brigades, helicopters etc. Please put the BBQ far away from

any inflammable materials and plants.



Please do not use the Wi-Fi for download  great amounts of data (films, etc.)


Pool maintenance

The pool area will be cleaned  if needed in the morning between 8 and 10 am, but in order to respect

the needs of the guest other times could e agreed.


Pool area

The pool area can be freely used by the guests but please respect the noise levels particularly at night

to avoid disturbing other guests.

Because of the depth of the pool (2,60 m), it should only be used by competent swimmers.


Green spaces

We irrigate the green areas every morning between 8:30  and 10:00, in order to do this we need access

to  parts of the property blocked by chains.

Again, other times can be arranged if necessary with the guests.

The  provisions of this contract are also legally effective in case of incompleteness.
