Málaga Mountains, 625 m above sea level. Looking south from the property, you see Málaga and the sea within 14 km distance.The property is located next to the road from Casabermeja to Almogía.  GPS dates from the entrance gate are on google maps:

The property is situated in a very quiet scenery, in a nature reserve. Building permissions in this region have not been anymore available, since 2003.

All buildings are on a plot of ca. 28.000 m².

Mains connection, with the rigt of “night power”, 14 hours, between 22:00h – 12:00 h. ( approximately 9 ct/ kw), remainig hours  ca. 20 ct.

Any possible purchaser may spend some holidays with us, to get his own impressions. In case of a purchase ( after 2018) the rental price for the flat ( maximum 21 days per year) will be totally refunded.

Very suitable for persons, seeking peace and tranquility, who want to be self- supporter (at least partially).

For people, who don't want to miss air conditions and a big pool, who need god traffic connections e.g. to the motorway – 10 km, airport 30 km.

Total power supply would be also possible by diesel generator.

A diesel tank of 1.000 l capacity is already existing.

Self-supporters may keep animals, as goats, sheep, chicken etc. on the property and feed them with the resources of the own farmland.

There are many olive- and almond trees.

 

Since 2014 we have been renting successfully the two existing holiday flats.
